Sales Associate, Webinar Presenter, and Telemarketer

Majority of the time will be spent on the phone speaking to prospects and doing Webinar demos of our products. Your skills on the phone and ability to represent our tools for a demonstration perspective are what matters most.  Your experience with customer service is a plus.  We are looking for experienced associates in telemarketing and outbound calling such as Customer Service Reps for Cell Phone and Software Companies.

 Position will start Part-Time for 2 to 3 months and then become Full-Time based on progress, Results, and diligence of Sales Associate.

Detailed Job Description:

The position of Sales Associate consists of a talented professional making calls and follow-up communications to invite other Professionals to participate in a Free Informational Online Webinar and Showing them the tools of our Platform.

 

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

 

  • Outbound calling and setting appointments.
  • Doing live Webinar Demonstrations of our products
  • Customer service related tasks – Consulting clients on best use and practices
  • Returning client email and phone calls.
  • Share the Benefits of our Tools and Platform;
  • Follow scripted presentation to the potential customer;
  • Research online customer information including company name, contact, phone # and web address;
  • Record customer details including results of each call;
  • Input details into the computer system;
  • Follow-Up with Scheduled Webinars with emails, texts, and Social Media;
  • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements.
  • Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
  • Reschedule and Follow-Up with webinars for no shows
  • Provide detail reports to management on a daily and weekly recap report

 

 Education and Experience:

  • Knowledge and Comfort with Phone Telemarketing
  • Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs and Google Drive and Online Systems

What does Success Look Like?

 

A successful Sales Associate will call a minimum of 30 to 45 people, interact with 10 to 15 Customers, and hold 2 to 3 Webinars per day.  The Sales associate will then perform Demos of the product to both people that he/she sets up and demo people that our outbound callers set up. The Sales Associate will log all calls, write notes relevant to each person reached or attempted, follow up each call with an email relevant to the call, with a follow-up text message. The Coordinator will be able to schedule their tasks effectively and follow-up with a methodical approach, and positive attitude. A successful Sales Associate does not need to be watched every second of the day, He or She should attempt to know and understand the grand vision of the Corporation.

 

Starting Pay rate is $250.00 per week.
